SENATOR  TAYLOR moved to  adopt a  proposed committee  substitute,                                                              
labeled  Cook 22-LS1742\R,  (Version  R) as  the working  document                                                              
before the committee.                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN COWDERY noted without objection, the motion carried.                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR TAYLOR moved SCS CSHB 528(TRA)  from committee (Version R)                                                              
with individual recommendations.                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  WILKEN asked  if the next  committee  of referral  is the                                                              
Senate Finance Committee.                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN COWDERY said it is. He then  noted without objection, SCS                                                              
CSHB 528(TRA) moved from committee.
